Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with Q. Jones. Each session is a dedicated time intentionally set aside to support your healing, clarity, and growth. Please review the following policies to ensure a respectful and smooth experience. 📅 Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through the official scheduling link. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your session. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in 50% of the session fee being charged. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. 🚫 No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice: Your session will be considered forfeited No refund or reschedule will be provided ⏰ Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other scheduled clients. 💛 Grace & Emergencies Life happens. In the case of a true emergency, one-time exceptions may be made at discretion. 🤝 Agreement By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
