Service Description
Through Q Speaks Live, Qwanetta “Q” Jones delivers authentic, faith-centered messages rooted in Scripture, lived experience, and practical application. Through speaking, biblical teaching, and preaching, she brings messages designed to encourage, challenge, equip, and strengthen audiences in ways that are relevant to where they are. Drawing from her personal journey, professional experience, ministry, and testimony, Q connects biblical truth with real-life experiences to deliver messages that are spiritually grounded, relatable, and purposeful. Each speaking engagement is thoughtfully tailored to the audience, occasion, and vision of the event. Available for: Conferences Women's events Churches and worship services Revivals and special services Workshops and retreats Community and leadership events Panels and special programs Speaking Fee: Available upon request Speaking Engagement Policy Speaking engagements are confirmed based on availability and event details. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the scheduled engagement. Event details, expectations, and speaking requirements should be provided in advance to allow adequate preparation. Cancellations and date changes are subject to the terms outlined in the speaking agreement. Travel, lodging, parking, and other event-related expenses may apply and will be discussed before booking. Recording, livestreaming, or distribution of Q's presentation must be approved in advance. Speaking content may be customized to align with the audience, occasion, and vision of the event. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. An engagement is considered confirmed only after all required booking arrangements have been completed.
Cancellation Policy
Speaking Engagement Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all events, please review the following policies before finalizing your booking with Qwanetta “Q.” Jones / Faith After Fire. 📅 Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure and reserve the event date. Final payment must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Services will not be rendered without completed payment. Clients using Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or installment payment providers remain responsible for completing all payments through their selected provider. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of payments made. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. 🚫 No-Shows If the event host fails to appear, cancels the day of the event, or fails to provide appropriate access to the event location or virtual platform, the event will be considered a no-show and all payments made will be forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. 🗣️ Topic & Program Guidelines All event topics, themes, talking points, and program expectations must be finalized at least two weeks before the event date. Topics or program details may not be substantially changed less than 72 hours before the event. Additional requests outside the agreed-upon program scope may result in additional fees. ✈️ Travel & Logistics (If Applicable) For events outside Baltimore, Maryland, the host agrees to cover applicable travel-related expenses, including: • mileage or transportation costs • lodging accommodations if required • parking or venue-related fees where applicable Virtual events remain subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies. 🏛️ Event Host Responsibilities The event host agrees to: • Provide final event details, schedule, and point of contact at least one week before the event • Ensure the venue is safe, accessible, and appropriate for the engagement • Provide agreed-upon audio/visual equipment where applicable • Begin the event at the scheduled time • Communicate any concerns or changes promptly 🤝 Agreement By booking a speaking engagement with Qwanetta “Q.” Jones / Faith After Fire, the client acknowledges and agrees to the policies outlined above.
