Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with Qwanetta “Q.” Jones. Each session and coaching experience is intentionally designed to support your healing, clarity, and growth. 📅 Booking & Payment All sessions and packages must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients using Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or installment payment providers remain responsible for completing all payments through their selected provider. 🔁 Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time without penalty. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the session or a rescheduling fee. ❌ Refunds & Transfers All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for sessions, packages, missed appointments, cancellations, or unused services. Sessions and packages are non-transferable. 🚫 No-Shows & Late Arrivals Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
